Pretty watch
This is an to be sure ' amazing watch. Its style is both very sober and elegant. It enables you to know what all together and what day it is, don't expect anything else. The black croco leather strap is also very well manufactured. Actually, this is a ordinary Baume et Mercier product: fine, elegant, beautiful.
Very flawless watch
A very fine watch indeed. Classy, simple and elegant. And Baume et Mercier is a very well respected brand. One thing to note is that although it's altogether a wide watch (diameter), it's very thin and light. Overall, definitely recommended.

Aggregate fiasco - BEWARE when buying this.
Intial survey: (I wrote the day after I bought my 1st) stylish, elegant, understated, very thin, light weight, horrendous buy happy I bought it and just got one for my brotherUpdate - The watch is a few months old. Style well-read - I love it. HOWEVER - I am concerned it might fall back about 10min a week. I may have to return and repurchase - which is frustrating - but smooth if done through amazon - I hope.2nd update - The watch definitely loses in unison a all the same. I looked down and thought I was on time - when in fact I was late - multiple times. Not what you surmise from a new 1200$ watch. Further troubling is what I came to learn. Initially I contacted amazon assessment that my fastest course of action was to return this watch and repurchase another. However that is a decent amount of grief - and who is to say that the second watch won't have that issue. So I and my wife figure it may be a battery issue - not such a monstrous issue on a brand...

My first in the end nice watch
I'm new into this sort of purchase, but after doing my research, and scouting around for something nice, I was pretty sure I was wealthy to like this one. I was right. This is a great watch. It's simple, but everyone notices it. I've been wearing it for about an hour and I've already gotten tons of good wishes. The pictures don't do it justice.

Not reliable what the other reviewer...
Truly has a problem with. Does he just think its ugly? What about the quality of the watch? baume et Mercier is instant to none. If you like the style of this watch based on the picture you will love this watch. If you are obsessed with James Bond and longing to dress like him then you obviously you may want to look elsewhere. But if you want an expertly crafted security watch from a company known the world over then this may be the watch for you.

I bought this keep a weather eye open for as an upgrade from a Seiko. It's clean, elegant, and timeless. You can't notice its weight on your wrist. This is not a superintend for those who need a giant face to show off how much they paid for the timepiece.
